This pop-up restaurant has a unique concept in which the main ingredient in every dish is the same: asparagus. Different guest restaurants are invited to share their passion with the guests here. They work here with regional products and this is perfectly combined with matching wines and other drinks. You are welcome in Cromvoirt from 8 May to 1 June 2025 and in Prinsenbeek from 6 June to 22 June 2025.
