Visit the sawn-through bunker, better known as bunker 599.

Why you really want to visit this place

This (now) sawn-off bunker, formerly served as a group shelter. The bunker was built in 1940 and part of the New Dutch Waterline. The bunker was divided in two in 2010 by sawing off and removing the middle section. The area near the bunker now serves to collect extra water in case of flooding. Bunker 599 is a public attraction and accessible to all.
