Owners Brenda and Michiel de Graaf have breathed new life into the old army laundry on the Defence Island in Woerden. The theme immediately becomes clear upon entering: This is a paradise for train lovers. Take a seat in the station hall. Take a look at the former ticket offices where the white brigade now calls the shots in the kitchen. Or walk straight to Platform 1 where you have a view of the bar downstairs.
