Wijnhoeve de Colonjes is one of the organic vineyards near Groesbeek and grows 10 different grape varieties on 13 hectares of loess soil. From those grapes, they make tasty white wine, rosé, sparkling wines and red wine.
Why you really want to visit this place
De Colonjes is also home to the Dutch Wine Centre. Here you can drop in every Saturday and Sunday afternoon for a tasting of three Groesbeek wines. As you look out over the vineyard or wine cellar, you'll listen to stories about regional viticulture and, of course, the wines you taste.
