Loof Cabin

Nature cottage

About this hidden gem

Loof is a unique wooden house on stilts on the border of a wooded hillside and the Haspengouw meadows.

Why you really want to stay here

Loof Cabin is located in a private deciduous forest under a leafy blanket of several centuries-old beech trees. After exploring the surroundings by bike, car or foot, you can retreat to your own wooden cabin high up among the trees. The eco-cabin has no Wi-Fi, delicious organic wine and a lovely wood-burning stove that you have to heat up yourself. Here you will have time for yourself and each other, and the rainwater that is collected will be used in the cabin.

This is how they (and you) make a difference

  • a quiet place in nature
  • outdoor activities with hiking and cycling routes
  • rainwater is collected and reused
  • deliberately no wifi or cable TV connection
