The focus at Restaurant Nevel is on local and seasonal ingredients. All dishes are truly inspired by nature. Bobby, Douwe & Marjolein started this sustainable and original concept in November 2023. Nevel's logo stands for growth and flowering, or; life. Turn that word around and you know exactly what they stand for. They get creative with the remaining food leftovers which they then give a new twist to: a new dish. For instance, they pick their own fresh (edible) magnolia and work closely with 't Aailand. An organic agriculture and horticulture company, where the freshest organic vegetables are grown. Nevel's motto is "an ode to everything that lives".
