History
About this hidden gem
In this archaeological mini museum, you will learn about the drowned village of Etersheim, the battle against the sea and the creation of the landscape.
Why you really want to visit this place
In De Waterwolf, you will come across everyday and extraordinary finds that were found when the Markermeer dikes were being reinforced.
The floor of the museum can be rented for meetings. You are seated at exactly NAP level with a unique view of the polder and dyke.
Expedition Etersheim takes you on a short walk past ten locations, where you can listen to an audio clip with information and facts via a QR code.
